How to fit
PerformLock is designed to go in fast, with no guesswork. Here's the eight-step process, from first cut to finished connection.
-
Place the cutting blade in the groove, perpendicular to the pipe, ready for a clean cut.
-
Rotate the cutting tool fully around the pipe to complete the cut.
-
Check the cut to ensure it's clean and free of burrs before fitting.
-
Don't disassemble the fitting. The foot of the inner ring must rest on the fitting body.
-
Manually loosen the nut on the male fitting by half a turn, unless it's already loose.
-
Push the pipe into the fitting until you hear the "click".
-
Tighten the nut until you feel resistance. Do not overtighten.
-
Once tightened, the nut should fully cover the threads on the fitting body. If any thread is still visible, keep tightening.

Premium pre-insulated pipe fittings
Every PerformPipe run is only as good as what's holding it together.
PerformLock is our compression fitting, designed to give you a fast, secure connection on site without the extra tools or extra time other fittings demand.
Compatible with both DN25 and DN32 PerformPipe.

Secure, leak-free connection
A compression fit that seals properly the first time, so you're not back on site chasing a leak six months later.

Built to last
Corrosion-resistant construction means PerformLock holds up in the conditions PerformPipe is designed for, buried or exposed.

Rapid-fit
Cut into the corrugation, compress, done. No flattening the pipe end, no separate tools, no waiting around, less time on site per fitting.
